Quick answer

What is the AI Business Analyst?

The AI Business Analyst looks across everything connected to Marketing2u — Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website leads, chatbot conversations, enquiries, ads imports and reviews — and shows period-over-period change for each. It writes plain-English notes on what moved together, is explicit about what it cannot attribute, and keeps a clear list of the data sources still missing.

Owners usually know traffic went up or enquiries went down, but not whether the two are related or what to do next. The AI Business Analyst gives one honest picture: what changed, what changed with it, and where the evidence stops. The AI CEO Agent uses it to decide what the rest of the team should work on.

Best suited to

  • Owners who want one answer to “is the marketing working?”
  • Businesses with data spread across Search Console, Analytics, ads and a CRM
  • Teams tired of dashboards that show numbers but not meaning
  • Agencies that need defensible, evidence-based client narratives

Part of your AI workforce

The AI Business Analyst is one of the fifteen agents in Marketing2u AI. It can work on its own or as part of a connected team, coordinated by the AI CEO Agent.

AI Business Analyst FAQs

How is this different from the AI Reporting Agent?

The Reporting Agent produces the regular reports. The Business Analyst does the analysis behind them — period comparisons, what moved together and what is missing — and hands opportunities to the other agents.

Does it tell me which channel caused a sale?

Only when the data supports it (for example a lead whose source is recorded). Otherwise it says the changes moved together and what you would need to connect to go further.

What do I need to connect first?

Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 give the most value on day one. Ads accounts and a CRM add cost per lead and sales outcomes.

Will it estimate missing numbers?

No. Missing data is shown as missing, with the source that would fill it. That is what makes the analysis trustworthy.
