Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Marketing2u collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit marketingagency.com.sg, contact us or use our services, including our AI agent services.

Who we are

Marketing2u is a Singapore-based provider of AI agent, AI automation, digital marketing and website services. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or consent withdrawal requests, contact us at ivy.marketing2u@gmail.com or +65 8205 8867.

Personal data we may collect

  • Information you provide through our enquiry forms, including your name, email address, phone number and enquiry details.
  • Information you provide when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • Technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source and interaction data.
  • Information necessary to provide a service, prepare a proposal, manage a client relationship or respond to a request.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, passwords or login credentials through our website forms unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.

Why we collect and use personal data

  • To respond to enquiries and communicate about requested services.
  • To prepare proposals, deliver services and administer client relationships.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website.
  • To understand website performance and measure enquiry actions.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, accounting or security obligations.
  • To send marketing communications where you have consented or where otherwise permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.

We limit collection, use and disclosure to purposes that are reasonable and that have been communicated to you, unless an exception applies under Singapore law.

Data from client systems in AI agent and marketing projects

When a client asks us to set up AI agents or manage marketing, we may be given access to the client’s business systems — for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, a website, a CRM or an inbox. Some of these systems may contain personal data about the client’s own customers (for example names and contact details in enquiries).

  • We access only the systems and data needed for the agreed work, using separate user accounts and the lowest practical permission level.
  • We process such data on the client’s behalf and in line with the client’s instructions and the project scope.
  • AI agents may pass the minimum data needed for a task to third-party AI or cloud service providers that process it to produce the requested output. The providers used for a project can be disclosed to the client on request.
  • Access is removed when the project ends, or earlier on request.

More detail is on our How We Use AI page.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, analytics and performance measurement. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate website usage and selected actions such as contact-link clicks. We configure our own lead-event tracking so that form values are not sent as analytics event data.

WordPress.com and Jetpack services may also process technical information needed to host, secure, optimise and measure the website. Your browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although parts of the website may not work as intended.

When data may be disclosed

We may disclose personal data to service providers that support website hosting, security, analytics, communications, AI processing or service delivery; to professional advisers; or to authorities when required by law. Service providers should receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and must handle it subject to applicable obligations.

Some service providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required in Singapore.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for legitimate business or legal requirements, or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete it, anonymise it or prevent further use.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, loss or similar risks. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent for a particular use, or ask a question about our practices. Email ivy.marketing2u@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and request before responding.

If you withdraw consent, we will explain any practical consequences and stop the relevant collection, use or disclosure within a reasonable period, unless retention or continued processing is permitted or required by law.

Information about your rights under Singapore law is available from the Personal Data Protection Commission.

Third-party websites

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date. See also our Terms of Use.
